My printer is stuck on the "Monoprice" screen after a failed firmware update.

Is it possible to reinstall the base firmware when it is in this state? I have tried running the WEEDOIAP.exe app but it does not display any available ports. I have tried installing the 64 bit driver on my PC but the port is still not shown.

MP support is not being helpful so far. I would really appreciate any suggestions for recovering from this.

First, please try to use another micro usb cable to connect the printer.

After the driver is installed, the USB-SERIAL CH340 device will appear in the Ports directory of the Device manager of Windows. Please see the picture in this link.
CH340

Please open the device manager to see if the USB-SERIAL CH340 exists.

You can also try another computer to see if the system can recognize the USB-SERIAL CH340.

If the USB device is still not recognized after several attempts, the motherboard may be damaged.

Please contact support@weedo3d.com to replace the motherboard.
