Description

I would like to be able to create mixed ordered and unordered table of contents based on the heading level. Essentially more granularity than markdown.extension.toc.orderedList where someone could specify that h2 is prefixed by a number in the TOC, but h3 uses a bullet. Thanks for the extension, it's a great help!

Thanks for the feedback.

It is a bit tricky. I am going to wait for more user feedback on this. (related #403)
