(NOT FINISHED) A proof of concept advanced Kancolle bot designed to completely replace a human admiral.

Design

Resource Allocation System (Basic Prototype) - A wrapper for a resource list. Can calculate the amount of time it will take to generate this amount normally.
- Resource(resourceList) - Initialize with various resource lists.
- Getters and Settters
- predictTime(resourceList) - Predicts how long it will take to obtain these resources.
