My name is Rafael Davila Bugarin
I am currently employed at the Center for Research & Engineering of AI Technology in Education (CREATE). In this role, I am tasked with developing a framework for deploying Large Language Models (LLM). This involves working with blob storage, retrieving information from a vector database, and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver a customized model for our stakeholders.

I got a major in Mathematics, where only 10% graduate, and a master in Economics from one of the best universities in Latin America, I'm a Fulbright Scholar and currently a MSc Data Science student @ Duke.
I'm also deeply committed to improving both businesses and people, even outside of work, as I run an NGO to teach math to children 📚 Sodemca Academy.
