A repo for a MKDOCS version of the JHPCE documentation site

• The live version of the site is at: https://jhpce-jhu.github.io/jhpce_mkdocs/index.html
• If you make changes/pull requests to the site, use the devel branch.
• To make changes / add edit the markdown files in the docs directory.
• The site structure is in the mkdocs.yml file.
• Github actions builds the site to the gh-pages branch.
• Images are in docs/*/images where * = topics (headings)
• Files are in located in same dirs as images.
• mkdocs build should run without errors or warnings.
