LPC StratoCore Software Updates for Kiruna 2024 Campaign

This release is the code that was deployed for the LPC field program in June 2024, Kiruna, Sweden.

It includes only a couple of small changes from the StratoCore source repository:

• Updated to work with the Teensy 4.1 microcontroller.
• Fixed the SD card access.
