Description of project

The Open Austin data research hub is a shared community resource for us to ask and answer questions about our neighborhoods. As this hub grows, we'll strengthen our understanding of Austin and help orgs and individuals alike to tackle big problems at the neighborhood level.

Description of role

We need a "full stack" user researcher to:

• Maintain and iterate on conversation guide
• Maintain interview notes
• Interviewee generation and outreach
• Scheduling interviews (shared responsibility with data engineering members)
• Facilitate synthesis sessions and co-create insights with data engineering members

Timeframe

Now to at least the end-of-year (end of 2025)
