This pull request fixes Durandal.js issue #574. Additionally, this change adds customizability to full screen dialog margins (updated related documentation as well). Also this change fixes a minor bug where full screen dialogs were not constrained to the window size on a second opening. Fix is now implemented as written in pull request #577.
