Material Design3风格的Snackbar，参考了Material Design Guideline。
Windows下检查注册表中DyberPet的路径，如果路径有变化则代表程序已经被移动或者重命名，返回0代表程序已经被移动或者重命名（也有可能是之前没有设置过开机自启），反之则返回1
updateSettings().settingsUpd(startAtLogin="Off", applicationPath="", shortcutPath="")中，applicationPath与shortcutPath已不再使用
