Issues right now, after doing some user testing:

  • Title field is useless and confuses users, remove it
  • Move Service type select field to the top of the form
  • Move Image field to the bottom of the form
  • On Firefox, address field is not getting the text when first loading the page
  • When typing an address, the pin moves there but it doesn't zoom it so you don't clearly know if it geolocate it correctly.
  • Create new report link on the top nav bar needs more call-to-action styling
