... because in most software the "About" menu always comes at the bottom (because it is least frequently accessed). (N.B. Also removing a comment which is no longer needed after MarlinFirmware#26172.)

Description
In most software the "About" menu always comes at the bottom (because it is least frequently accessed). This PR moves the About Printer item to the bottom of the main menu.
(N.B. Also removing a comment which is no longer needed after #26172.)
Requirements
Only applies to builds with screens and menus.
Benefits
Improved usability.
