Split the documentation into many files, so you can easily find the topic you are looking for
- move the rabbit mq and supervisor install back to the bare metal installation - make the `first_setup` be h1 so the entry gets the correct name in docusaurus - add a circular message entry in the FAQ

I moved a lot of stuff around and added a bit of documentation where saw it was lacking.
And I split our huge files into smaller ones.
the result can be seen when visiting docs.joinmbin.org
Once this is on main I will execute the update script in the https://github.com/MbinOrg/mbin-docs repo hourly, so the documentation is always up to date
