Add support for VTOL multivehicle simulation in SITL gazebo

This adds support to multivehicle simulation with standard_vtol by extending #13729 #13806

Describe your solution
Generate the sdf file of standard_vtol using xacro so that mavlink port / sysid can be configured

Test data / coverage

To test this can be run with the following command

Tools/gazebo_sitl_multiple_run.sh -m standard_vtol

Additional context

• This PR depends on the implementation in the submodule Add support for VTOL multivehicle simulation in SITL gazebo PX4-SITL_gazebo-classic#398
• The distance between models have been increased since the vtol model has a bigger wingspan and makes the vehicles collide
• Fixes Multiple VTOL vehicles #10835

@tkdguq1021 Although I can understand Korean, This is a english speaking repository, please post your thread in english. The px4 sitl simulation does not have any ROS dependencies. You can follow the toolchain setup with the documentation here

Can I ask tip about multi-vtol simulation?
First of all, I am using ubuntu 20.04LTS.
I used 'Tools/gazebo_sitl_multiple_run.sh -m standard_vtol -n3' to run vtol simulation, but, aircrafts shakes and weren't armed..
