Fixed a bug in the basis approximation generation for :class:`.SolovayKitaev`.
Previously, generating discrete basis approximations using
``generate_basis_approximations`` for a basis containing ``"sx"`` or
``"sxdg"`` gates would fail. This has now been fixed.
