Dark coordonly could be used to calculate and subtract background trajectories. It is now possible to calculate background trajectories using any of the proposed method, simply by activation the optiondynamicin panel Background.Dark coordwas sometimes finding dark coordinates overlapping with non-targetted single molecule signal. This is now improved by looking for the minimum intensity value instead of median.
