Don't work with jquery lastest version (1.8.2)

I second that. It would be great if jqBootstrapValidation would work with jQuery 1.8.2.

Still not working with the last jQuery? There is also a limit for the Bootstrap version?

So 1.3.3 works with jQuery 1.9.1, however anything after that seems to fail. I looked at the change log and I don't see anything obvious.

The error that I get is related to the fact that Arrays don't have a toArray function on:

Tested JQBV1.3.7 branch with jQuery 1.7.2, 1.8.1 and 1.9.1. Currently tracking JQ1.9.1 in tests. Tests now passing in the above versions.

If you have a test case that isn't working, please do re-open.
