To read help, input phosphorus --help
We provide a test json in the package, you can use it to generate a csv.
Then, we also provide a python program to show it, your file name should be "result.csv"(Or you can modify it for other filename), PyplotShow will generate a graph(By using matplotlib), turtleShow will generate a animation(By using turtle).
