msign should let smartdc-auth decide what algorithm to use

Currently we always give smartdc-auth a specific algorithm to use to sign URLs in msign. We should give it undefined unless the user told us an algorithm, that way it can decide on the appropriate algorithm (and build the URL correctly for it)
