This release contains a server template for Elfhunt with the map (named world) and also the plugin completely configured for it. The server is currently for version 1.21.3 but can likely be upgraded to later versions as well if Mojang or Paper don't change anything too major.
You can also download the plugin directly as a JAR file if you want it that way, there's just no manual for configuration, so please just use the sample server I provide since I don't want to really write any documentation how this works.
