As the cross = "0.1.15" seems to be broken (ex. cross-rs/cross#306, cross-rs/cross#319), specific Git revision of it used to install. Obviously, it is not a desired result, so it should be handled later.

Time to test if cross = "0.1.16" is usable now

Closing as @actions-rs/core is now using latest version of cross
