Follows ansible#2504 (4.3) According to https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/ansible-automation-platform 4.4 (2.1) is EOL as of June 2, 2023. Dropping dependabot config for 4.4, weekly string extraction, and updating README. No-Issue
