Do we have Jenkins lockable-resource equivalent in Airflow ?

Hello!

I am exploring Airflow and I am wondering if there is an equivalent plugin / dependency / add-on that Airflow might offer?

This plugin allows defining lockable resources (such as printers, phones, computers, etc.) that can be used by builds. If a build requires a resource which is already locked, it will wait for the resource to be free.

If not, I am wondering if there is any knowledge on how to leverage Airflow's supported feature to achieve the same thing ?
