The Apache HTTP Server is still maintained (fortunately).
You're right that the currently linked source is unavailable, not totally sure if this is even intended.
The main repository is still accessible at Apache SVN, and the GitHub mirror shows activity as recently as five days ago (GitHub Repo).

I think we should change the source code url to maybe the github mirror then outright removing apache http server. |
