Building and running

CD into the subdirectory for the example for the version of Log4j you want:

Log4j 1.x

NOTE: This is no longer supported.

Use the branch 3.7.0_legacy. The latest master no longer has Log4j1.x artifacts.

git checkout 3.7.0_legacy
cd appender-log4j-sample

Follow the directions from the README.md in the subdirectory.

Log4j 2.x

cd appender-log4j2-sample

Follow the directions from the README.md in the subdirectory.
