resolves #19

With the added documentation I was able to setup my environment correctly to install from crates.io

I tested this on manjaro-sway and my MacBook, but I would love someone else to verify that it is working as well

I wrote more precise and concise instruction for installing RustOwl from crates.io in d1d6928.
