Description

Previously source code details were not available in the source code area of deployment history part in the child for linked CI pipeline.here only Cimaterials data was avaialbale,so I have fetched gittriggers using the parentpipeline ID.

Fixes AB1990

1.I have tested by making a linked-CI pipeline and tested the code on the local host.
2.I have made different pipelines and tested them.
