This PR fixes bug with Droplet Actions on tagged resources.
Current version of
godoreturns pointer on Action for actions on tagged resources, however, API returns array of actions. This results in bug wheregodoreturns nil pointer instead of array of actions./cc @mauricio @aybabtme @andrewsomething
