@MiYanni should we just copy this tool into sdk or should we move it to our non-prod internal repo (or somewhere else)? I don't want to keep updating the main branch here.

@marcpopMSFT

We shouldn't maintain this tool anymore. We maintain no other F# code and there's nothing unique that F# does to solve the problem. Also, the solution should be automated and not a manual copy/paste process. After I get the workloads pipeline stuff done, I can take a quick detour and replace this tooling.

@v-wuzhai I don't think we should update this branch anymore as it'll trigger builds and is really just here for history. Can you file an issue on Yanni to find a replacement solution for the table?

In the meantime, if you want to save a copy of it, you can add it here where we store utilities: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_git/dotnet-sdk-msbuild-dev-util

I've created an issue to track this: [link to issue #20107]. In the meantime, I've backed up the current tool to the dotnet-sdk-msbuild-dev-util repository: link to backup PR.
