Context
We're building a new analytics page and we're at the step of creating the few components that will be used there
Description
HorizontalDataTable was already merged even tho it's not used. I realised during revenus streams page implementation that it has to be updated to fit our needs.
Mostly affect some loading, hover and UI stuffs.
