Editor tooltips appear behind the embedded game window

Issue description

As seen in the image, the text displaying information about the icons does not appear in front of the game window.

Are you in single window mode? It's a known issue for single window mode right now since the tooltip is not a real window it's not possible to put it in front of the game window. Unfortunately, I don't have a nice solution for that right now.

I don't know, just saying, couldn't the information appear above the cursor instead of below?

That is a interesting suggestion but there are some very big tooltip in the inspector and it will be difficult to display them not over the game window.

I'm thinking disabling the embedding when single window mode is enabled, at least until we find a solution for the issue.
