Adds support for
alignargument toimgbbcode tag, e.g:[img align=center,top width=16 height=16 tooltip="aaa aaa"].It was possible to set image alignment only using
[img=alignment,WxH]syntax, and not possible to combine it with other arguments liketooltipandpad.
