By "very small" I'm guessing you mean it is very short? If so that is being caused by you specifying duration_ms: 5000 in the trace config: this makes the trace at most 5s in length. You should increase that to some larger value if you want it to be longer.

As an aside, I would strongly suggest you use the Perfetto UI recording page (https://ui.perfetto.dev/#!/record) to configure trace configs instead of writing them by hand. It's far more efficient to craft configs using it rather than trying to make something by hand.

I'm assuming by short you again mean in length.

If so, this is likely because you have a buffer size of 64MB and you are running out of memory and wrapping the central buffer. Please see https://perfetto.dev/docs/concepts/config#long-traces

Once again I recommend using the Perfetto UI to create your configs as it explicitly shows "long trace mode" as a top level option to you instead of having to go through our documentation.
