Automating gr2m/helpdesk

I've layed out the current process for this repository at https://github.com/gr2m/helpdesk/tree/f085060fb98f61a005c9e79df15fdad6466c6a1a#how-i-use-this-repository. It's mostly manual. Time to spice it up a bit with some automation!

Outline

1. Walkthrough of how I currently manage shows in this repository
2. Figure out a way to automatically generate the content for upcoming and past shows
3. Update the README.md files in this repository and in https://github.com/gr2m/gr2m

I don't think any preparation is needed, we'll just wing it. It will be fun 😊
