Add a cover

Instructions

1. In the package.json file, set "USE_COVER_HED" to true. Run spectate download.

2. In your Google Doc, add two top-level fields (like headline and date):

cover_asset: https://url-of-cover-image.png
cover_caption: Illustration by Helen Yang.
