描述一下此特性

1、通过S3存储策略导入的文件，希望可以能对其进行分组操作；
2、存储策略可以添加类似用户的权限，防止用户上传文件到限制之外的存储策略,类似仅可读和可读可写；

这个建议去Halo主项目另开一个issuse反馈
