- Vignette v025: don't download csl on-the-fly, it fails in R CMD check on Windows - Add script (adapted from INBOmd repo) to manually update the csl file in the n2khab repo (vignettes folder) - Update csl to current version 0.1.2

Relates to fixing notes and errors in
R CMD checkwhile experimenting with the check-standard Github action workflow at r-lib/actions/examples (i.e. the folder with workflows used byusethis::use_github_action()). Experiments done in florisvdh/n2khab-fork repo.One of the side effects is the included update of the INBO csl file, used in some vignettes, to its current release at http://citationstyles.org.
