Drop package_name argument in KedroSession.create

NOTE: Kedro datasets are moving from kedro.extras.datasets to a separate kedro-datasets package in
kedro-plugins repository. Any changes to the dataset implementations
should be done by opening a pull request in that repository.

Description

related to: #1892

The package_name argument provided in KedroSession.create() doesn't do anything, which is confusing to users. This argument should be removed

Development notes

Removed package_name from KedroSession.create and modified all corresponding tests.

We need all contributions to comply with the Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO). All commits must be signed off by including a Signed-off-by line in the commit message. See our wiki for guidance.

I don't think so, I searched for KedroSession.create through docs and all usages already omitted package_name.
