These updates provide for darksky-LL.txt individual cache files so on change of language by menu, the correct language will be used for DarkSky 3 day, 10 day and hourly forecast displays. common.php updated for new LC_TIME locale descriptors to use UTF-8 encoding for day/month names in DarkSky forecasts.
