Q. If I purchase LightGateway, should I also purchase an antenna?

A. LightGateway is shipped with a 433 MHz rubber duck antenna, allowing you to begin using the module immediately. However, please note that this antenna is low-cost and low-gain (2 dBi). Manage your expectations accordingly.

Q. Does LightGateway support 0.96 inch OLED screens?

A. Yes, it does. However, you will need to purchase an OLED screen separately, ensuring it has the correct pinout order (VCC, GND, SCL, SDA).

Q. I need LightGateway for LoRa APRS, should I install any firmware?

A. No, you shouldn't. The LightGateway is shipped preloaded with LoRaAPRS software. All you need to do is configure it using the web interface. Check out LightLoRaAPRS repo for more information.

Q. Can I use LightGateway as a Tracker?

A. No, you cant. I does not have a built-in GPS module, but if you attach an external GPS module it's possible.
