smoothieware-webui for ESP3D

Better webUI for Smoothieware

⚠️ This version is modified for ESP8266 board using ESP3D firmware used with Smoothieboards
It won't work properly on Smoothieboard it self

Just copy the index.html.gz file to SPIFFS partition and call the index.html file.

Be noted: the browser calling index.html need internet access to download the necessary javascript files (jquery, angular, etc..)
