Much of the goal reached.

• You can select folders for input and output and specify .sts stereo tool config file
• Has configurations for setting VBR or CBR with the appropriate bitrate
• Four simultaneous conversion process
• Mantain the input file tree at output
• Can skip already converted files (like at second run)
