Upgraded development dependent packages to the latest version, through npx npm-check-updates -u and npm update.

Upgraded to Marp CLI v0.23.3.
- Fixed: Conversion into multi images/PPTX takes only the first slide if using Chromium >= v89 (Conversion into multi images/PPTX takes only the first slide if using Chromium >= v89 marp-cli#325)
Updated Prettier configuration for ESLint.
Use npm@7 on CI environment.

Fix #202.
