If at all in doubt, [install from the add-ons repository within XBMC](install from the add-ons repository within XBMC).
Alternatively the canonical location is the xbmc plugins git repository, see here.
Development is carried out in this GitHub repo. If you really want to try out some untested bleeding edge code, then you can get a zip from here. Consider carefully which branch you want to use: eden and dharma are self explanatory and ought to be in good shape at any time, master is where new code is tried out before being merged to the branches and is likely to eat your grandmother.
