COSEM experiment scripts for microtubule reconstruction

These scripts reproduce the grid search and the full cell predictions. In order to run it:

Prerequisites

1. Install micron.
2. Download the necessary datasets and adapt the file paths in the config files contained in each sub-directory to match your data paths.
3. Adapt the launch scripts for your cluster setup.
