Fixes:
Automatic Discord Status Updates
- No longer need to restart the app if your Discord profile status doesn’t update—it now updates automatically in real-time.
Improved Discord Connectivity
- Fixed the issue where Discord had to be open before launching the app. Now, the app detects the Discord executable when it's running and attempts to connect within 30 seconds. If Discord takes longer than 30 seconds to fully open after the executable is detected, you will need to restart the YouTube music app.
Better Handling of Disconnections
- If Discord disconnects, the app will now attempt to reconnect automatically instead of requiring a manual restart.

- The Discord Rich Presence now updates the thumbnail dynamically based on the currently playing song.
