Summary of Changes
Add e2e test script for NBA topshot, including:
Send nft from flow account to flow account/ coa/ eoa.
Send nft from coa account to flow account/ coa/ eoa.
Move nft between coa and flow account.
Batch move nft between coa and flow account.
Need Regression Testing

Additional Notes
Please do not merge into the dev branch for now, as the test account doesn't have enough NFTs, which will cause the tests to fail.
