It has a fix for issue #4594 (cilium/ebpf#1660). See also: #4610.

Yes, I expected it to but decided to do it manually to check if the fix has really made it, and provide some context.

Guess either one is fine.

It has a fix for runc issue 4594.

The failure in almalinux seems unrelated to the cilium issue and a flake (I think known too)

Yes, this is fixed by checkpoint-restore/criu#2545, waiting for criu v4.1 release so we can finally get rid of this flake.
