Problem with the multi-function buttons on the keyboard

The volume and screen brightness buttons on the keyboard do not work. Also, the other buttons do not work. Only the keyboard backlight button and the screen lock button work.

I test that on stable version hydrogen and the beta version Helium and it doesn't fixed.
the cutefish DE also has this problem I think it's for the DE of cutefish which doesn't support the multi-function buttons.
