Welcome to CV Builder, a web application built on Next JS that helps you create a customized CV in a snap! With our user-friendly interface, you can easily enter your information and choose a design that suits your style.
- Clone this repository and run the following command in your terminal:
npm installThis will install all the dependencies required for the project.
- Next, run the following command to start the development server:
npm run devThis will start the development server on http://localhost:3000/ and open the web app in your default browser.
To select a design, click on the design thumbnail from the list of available designs. The main design will change to the selected design.
To add your information, click on the input fields and enter your details. As you type, the information will automatically update on the main design.
To upload an image, click on the "Upload Image" button and select an image file from your computer. The image will be displayed on the main design.
The app uses local storage to save the information entered by the user. This means that if you close the app or refresh the page, your information will still be there.
To download your CV as a PDF, click on the "Download PDF" button. A PDF file will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
To zoom in or out of the main design, use the zoom buttons located at the bottom right of the app.
In the future, we plan to add more color options and background color options to the app.
