processed variable error when t,x,or r outside of range

make ProcessedVariable throw an error if you try and call outside of the solution time and/or space

give a warning instead so e.g. you can plot multiple variables at the same time range, even if not all variables are defined for that t (e.g. voltage from two different models where one solution terminated after the other)
